For flushed models, a specially designed intake manifold provides external flushing fluid, allowing cooling for high-temperature fluids and lubrication for low-lubricity fluids.

Quality materials characterize the 6861K, with precision engineered 316 stainless steel valves and seats for ultimate sealing and extended life. The block-style manifold is made from 316 SSL for strength and corrosion resistance, while the special ceramic plungers provide a wear-resistant surface.
